                  Leadership expert John Maxwell says that “The single biggest way to impact an organization is to focus on leadership development. There is almost no limit to the potential of an organization that recruits good people, raises them up as leaders and continually develops them.” We fully subscribe to and focus our business on the precept that the key to sustainable organizational growth and profitability is directly proportional to the quality, growth and development of its leaders.   

                  There are a number of approaches to leadership development; from classroom only based programs to combinations of online, classroom and coaching.  Research has shown that leadership development is a contact sport, where leaders learn first from training then doing and then having someone work with them through their challenges. We have therefore developed a model where then institute our monthly classroom based training is supplemented by follow up mentoring and coaching. 
                  This leadership development series is therefore structured over a 6 month period where we first understand each of the participants through our DiSC profile and 360 degree assessment. We will then conduct monthly classroom based sessions followed by monthly coaching sessions where we work with the team in helping them practice holding them accountable for delivery. To maximize learning, the participants must put into practice what they have learned and this program ensures that the team is not just sitting through a training program but held accountable for practicing the principles through the homework and the monthly mentoring and coaching sessions.
